So in the past few months we’ve been doing waaay more shooting than we have blogging. We’ve been dying to share some more photo goodness with you though, and what better way to start than with some photos from our marathon engagement session with the gorgeous Leah and Corry, whose wedding we’ll be photographing next month. Overgrown fields, lakes, all sorts of vintage goodies and a pair of seriously hot red shorts… we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect summer shoot. Hope you enjoy! xo the gucio girls

Hello all blog readers/stalkers and social media followers!  It has come to our attention that the contact form on our website has been a little under the weather…  As the contact process would normally go, one fills out the information, hits the submit button, receives a message that reports that the information has been forward to us (all is well up until this point) BUT… and here is where the problem lies… nothing actually does get sent to us.

We were so lucky to spend a few hours with Laurin, Courtney and their beautiful little daughter Sadie a little while back.  Laurin and Courtney got hitched a few weeks back and as we were already booked for their day, together we planned out a post wedding session for after the big day.  So we headed back to The Chapel and wandered around (and at times zipped around on a Vespa) some of their favorite city spots.  These two were so completely stylish and fun to be around that we did our usual “crazy photographer” thing and kept them out far later then intended but seriously it was just about impossible to stop taking photos!

… and so begins our good old crazy catch up blog week!  we’ve been a little delinquent (yes, we know again!) in the blogging department but for a somewhat good reason as the last few weeks have been filled with almost constant traveling and shooting (which makes us very happy photographers indeed).  So our apologies to all the lovely friends and family of Julianna and Tai who have been waiting what must feel like an eternity.

More photos from their beautiful day to come tomorrow but to start here are a few of our absolute favorites from the day.  This day was such a highlight for us!  Lots of beautiful photos spots (so excited that we finally made to the incredible gold doors directly below), one heck of a fun wedding party (all 18 of them… and a big yellow school bus for transportation) and one amazingly sweet couple….  enjoy!
